Ordering and Shipping

Orders can be placed by visiting one of our retail partners, calling one of our knowledgeable call center agents, faxing your purchase order or completing our on-line ordering process. We provide same day shipment on orders received by 11:00 AM CST for in stock items. All orders require pre-approved credit or payment in full prior to shipping. For your convenience, we accept, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, certified checks and company checks.
Shipping Information
Orders received before 11:00 AM CST, on in-stock merchandise, normally ships by the following day.
GO! Products, Inc. ships LTL deliveries (shipments greater than 150 pounds). All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin and we pre-pay freight when shipping to a loading dock.
Returns
GO! Products, Inc. provides a warranty, to the original purchaser, for all GO! Products, Inc. finished units for a period of one year from the date of the sale. Any unit, or part thereof returned, freight prepaid, will be repaired or replaced to our commercial standard, free of charge, and returned to the purchaser. Labor and transportation costs are NOT covered by this warranty. This warranty is established automatically upon receipt of the goods and no warranty card or registration procedures are required. Complete warranty information is included with our products or is available via fax upon request. Certain products carried by GO! Products, Inc. are warranted by the manufacturing company under their published terms and conditions.

Receipt of Merchandise
Small shipments are sent via UPS delivery and are easily received. Larger units are shipped by Motor Freight.
We take extreme care in packaging your shipment so that your merchandise will arrive in good condition. When you receive your shipment, we strongly recommend that you inspect it thoroughly prior to signing the commercial Bill of Lading. If any goods called for on the Bill of Lading are short or damaged, do not accept them until a short/damaged notation has been made on the original Bill of Lading and the local freight manager has been called to schedule an inspection. If, after signing for the merchandise, concealed damage is discovered, notify the freight carrier immediately and request an inspection. All packaging should be kept until after the inspection is completed.
