Receipt of Merchandise
Answer
We take extreme care in packaging your shipment so that your merchandise will arrive in good condition. When you receive your shipment, we strongly recommend that you inspect it thoroughly prior to signing the commercial Bill of Lading. If any goods called for on the Bill of Lading are short or damaged, do not accept them until a short/damaged notation has been made on the original Bill of Lading and the local freight manager has been called to schedule an inspection. If, after signing for the merchandise, concealed damage is discovered, notify the freight carrier immediately and request an inspection. All packaging should be kept until after the inspection is completed. If you experience any freight related problems that you cannot solve, please contact our shipping manager for further assistance.
